Stefani is the owner and creator of Sacred Space Massage & Spa. She is a compassionate and intuitive massage therapist, esthetician, and certified yoga instructor with a focus in therapeutic and healing modalities. Stefani tries to maintain a holistic and mindful approach to all aspects of life, and believes that the body can heal itself if given the proper tools. She offers a customized approach to each service and client. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, and Therapeutic massage, but is educated in a wide range of modalities; such as Medical, Pain Management, Prenatal, Thai Yoga, Hot Stone, Shiatsu, Swedish, Sports, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology, as well as massage for specific injuries. Each massage session includes aromatherapy, stretching, hot stones, or hot towels. Stefani has fallen in love with, and studied the healing and medicinal properties of herbs, flowers, and plants. This has led her to create gentle yet effective recipes from hand picked fruits, plants, and essential oils. She also works with a beautiful line of skincare products, RD Alchemy. They are an organic, earth derived, plant based skin care line with every skin type in mind. Stefani specializes in Full Body Waxing, Customized Facials, Microdermabrasion Facials, Chemical Peels, Eyebrow Tinting, as well as Body Wraps and Body Scrubs. Stefani discovered her love for yoga in 2011. She has studied yoga internationally, is a 2015 graduate of Yoga for the Planet, and a certified RYT-200 Yoga Instructor. Stefani loves to incorporate stretching into her massage sessions, and encourages her clients to continue customized stretches at home between sessions.
